Happy Birthday

I'm not sure about anywhere else, but birthdays seem to be quite a big deal at my university. Yes, this can cause stress and panic for those who are planning the birthday, but it also can lead to extravagant and over the top projects that lead to the creation of little gems like this.

A close friend of mine recently celebrated her 22nd birthday, and being the foodie that she is, we decided to make her card resemble a menu. (A small part of a bigger project that was her gift).

Making this card has inspired me to look into what it is that goes into branding a restaurant. Coincidentally, the next project in my portfolio class is on a cafe. This should be interesting.
