Hi! I am a designer based in Los Angeles with a passion for effective design that combines form and functionality. With a background in advertising, my experience spans various forms of design, including branding, digital marketing, editorial design, packaging, and more. I currently work at a full-service creative agency where I enjoy the opportunity to expand and apply my experience by collaborating on a wide range of projects and clients.
"HaNaYa" refers to how my mom calls out to me in Korean.
It's not a nickname necessarily, but the 'Ya' attached to the end of her name is a reminder of home and my childhood. It's how I know someone familiar is calling for me, and my hope is for my work to convey that same sense of welcome and familiarity.
