Life Lately

It's almost mid-October already and while the days are still hot the nights are getting cooler here in Texas. It's that time of transition between seasons, and another chance to take a step back and realise how fast this year is flying by.

It's nice to look back at memories made to not only be nostalgic but to also see how much life really has happened even if it feels like it has gone by so quickly. I think that's why I love capturing as many moments as I can. Human minds are too fickle and too selfish sometimes to see how much there has been to be thankful for when one little things starts to go wrong.

This season of uncertainty and patience has been a chance for Him to speak even louder that He is faithful and that my expectations can actually be so small in the grand scheme of things. Learning to be grateful for this time, as even as antsy it can be, it's a time I'll never get back.

Here's to this next season for even more growth, and to sensitivity of every adventure, no matter how big or small.
